After arriving in Peterborough we found this delightful Turkish Restaurant. People are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. We had the special grill mix which was delicious, different kind of meat with salat on side incl two types of homemade sauce. Absolute stunning food. They gave us the rest + extra kebap as takeaway Sadly we leave tomorrow, but we would definitely come back. A highly recommended restaurant in Peterborough.Food, Service and Ambient 5*

Had food taken away from here tonight and honestly this is one of Peterborough’s best grilled food!! Honestly the meat is juicy, the chicken is tender and the ribs are succulent! It’s always a great experience dining here, will definitely be back again for more! Oh and the service is beyond lovely, I ordered it for ASAP pick up and it was done in less that 20 minutes, called the restaurant and told them that I was going to be late and they told me that it’s not a problem at all, went to pick up the food 20 minutes later to my surprise the food was actually hot and fresh! An absolute delight!

Get the mixed shish. Comes with lamb and chicken shish. Juicy, cooked to perfection, simple flavours done outstandingly well. Chicken donner is the best authentic, non processed, I've ever had in the entire world. Beef Donner was not to my taste and yet it was the best beef Donner I've had. However beef Donner in general isn't that good from my experience. Wherever I have it, it's a let down.Salad was phenomenal, it was fresh, crispy and refreshing to the palate. Now when do you hear about salad in a review, that should explain how good the salad was. Fresh bread and sauces were provided for free. The bread was fantastic thanks to the spicing on the bread.

Tried this place a couple of times. The place has a diner feel to it, and it is geared towards a takeway. On the last occasion we decided to eat in. It's clean, the food is great, the portions are large and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend it.

I have been using Gold Shish restaurant since it has opened. I highly recommend to all the people in the community to attend or order online their food and deserts. They have variety of food to choose from and certainly meets my dietary needs too. You can attend with friends and family. Their online delivery is also excellent as they arrive on time. Gold Shish staff are also very professional and provide high standard of customer service. Excellent and very clean environment in the restaurant to 100%.
